Food & Wine

The Mount Rolleston Restaurant

Snow-capped mountains provide a magnificent backdrop to superb food, wine and hospitality. Our chefs take pride in celebrating New Zealand ingredients and specialise in carefully prepared fresh local food.

The Mt Rolleston Restaurant

Our speciality is fresh farm produce. We offer 'Wilderness Lodge Lamb' as an option every second night. This top quality merino-hampshire cross lamb is raised with care on the property. Our menus also feature bacon, ham, eggs, manuka honey and herbs off the Wilderness Lodge Farm.

Enjoy the company of other guests or soak up the atmosphere at a private dinner table. The choice is yours.

We offer 'table d'hôte' style dining with two choices for each course. Menus change daily depending on what is fresh and available. We can cater for special dietary requirements and food allergies - let us know in advance and we will prepare something special.
