NOTE:
- High Season is 1 October to 30 April
- Low Season is 1 May to 30 September
- All rooms are spacious and stylish. They are warm, sunny and attractively furnished. The 24 Rainforest Rooms look out onto rainforest plants, tree ferns and the low hills that surround this riverside clearing. The 4 Riverview Rooms (opened October 2006) provide for those who want the very best. They all have views down the trout-filled Moeraki Rapids. Each room has a spa bath as well as a shower and provides special treats to enhance your wilderness experience.

- Tariff includes 15% (GST) Government Goods and Services Tax
- Group and family rates are available on application direct to the Lodge.
- Child rates (2-12 years) half adult rate when sharing a room with two adults.
- Conference facilities are available including Conference Rooms and "exclusive use" options in the Low Season.
- We generally require a 2 night minimum stay for guests arriving between the dates of 20 December to January 10 and February 1 to March 1. One night stays may be booked if that is all that is available-please check with reservations.
- Statutory holidays Christmas Day (Dec 25), Boxing Day (Dec 26), New Years Day (Jan 1) and January 2, Good Friday and Easter Sunday a surcharge of NZ $80 per person will apply.
RESERVATIONS are recommended. We encourage at least a 2 or 3 night stay to give you a full day or two of wilderness activities at the Lodge.
DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION: 25% deposit on your Visa or Mastercard to secure your reservation, non-refundable if cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival date. Full tariff is payable if cancellation is made within 7 days unless there are extenuating circumstances.
TARIFF INCLUDES:
- STYLISH ACCOMMODATION in the Lodge's 24 Rainforest or 4 Riverview guest rooms all with private bathrooms, tea and coffee facilities, fresh fruit and flowers, telephone.
- Your DINNER CHOICE from our 4 course gourmet house menu. Vegetarian options and special food requirements are catered for.
- FULL BREAKFAST of continental and home style cooked country breakfast in our Riverside Restaurant.
- FREE PARTICIPATION in our shorter guided nature activities (2 daily each 1 hours duration). This varies daily to suit visitors' interests, weather and wildlife and includes: Ancient Rainforest, Tree ferns, orchids and birds, Freshwater life… feed the giant tame eels and trout...learn easy canoeing on Lake Moeraki...Glow worms, Morepork owls and the Southern Cross.
- USE OF THE LODGE FACILITIES and our network of rainforest walks and Lodge canoes, Satellite broadband internet for guest complimentary use. Complimentary guest washers and driers for your laundry. Twenty four hour reception.
OUR LONGER GUIDED WILDERNESS TRIPS are charged additionally. Wilderness packed lunches or gourmet restaurant lunches can be prepared for you to enjoy in the field or the Riverside Restaurant (extra charge).
