The Wilderness Lodge Chefs take great pride in celebrating the best produce New Zealand has to offer

Relax, enjoy a drink and savour great wilderness food - whitebait from the river, seafood from the coast, game from the forest and delicious fresh vegetables and fruit are our speciality.

Choose to join other travellers and share stories or dine alone and soak up the atmosphere and views.

Our wine cellar holds some of New Zealand's finest wines. Pinot Noir from nearby Central Otago features alongside crisp Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs and Hawke's Bay Syrahs. Alternatively, quench your thirst with a local West Coast beer or your favourite spirit mix. Please take a look at our wine and drinks list for details.
